White tea helps lose weight

The white tea leaf is the leaf from which white tea is made. It is basically a part of the Camellia Sinensis plant. The leaf is not fermented and thus dries faster than other kinds of tea such as the all common black and green tea we see in the market today.

The White tea leaf generally contains less caffeine than black and green tea and is thus considered healthier than the other two. More information regarding the benefits of white tea can be found here “white tea benefits”
