White tea antioxidants help to increase the longevity of the youthful look you possess and in general help the anti ageing process in your body

Antioxidants are good for your skin as well. They are used a lot in exfoliating treatments done by skin specialists. This is due to the antibacterial properties that they possess in eradicating blemishes and infections on the skin.

There have also been statistics that indicate that white tea antioxidants can somehow help improve chances of not contracting cancer and heart disease.  Though these statistics are few and far between they give an indication as to how important antioxidants in general are for your body.
